Gaikwad recalls how Dhoni taught him to fight in difficult situations

At the start of IPL 2021, Gaikwad started his campaign with a series of low scores. However, Dhoni and the team’s management did not let him down and Gaikwad changed his fortunes in the tournament. When the tournament came to a halt due to the coronavirus, he had scored 196 points with an average of 28.00 and a strike rate of 128.94.

“Mahi Bhai always said not to play without seeing the name of the opponent. The success is obtained with the bat according to the quality of the ball. Opponents will try to warm their heads in several ways. Mahi Bhai advised against falling into this trap. The advice he gave during his visit to Sri Lanka will be of great help, ”concluded Ruturaj Gaikwad.
