IPL 2021: Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) will change their logo and name in IPL 2021.

Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021: KL Rahul Led Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) is in speculation to bring their facelift edition this season. Ahead of the Indian Premier League 2021, KXIP is under speculation to bring up the new logo and name for the next edition of IPL.

The franchise owned by Bollywood actress Pretty Zinta, Ness Wadia, Mohit Burman and Karan Paul.

The cash-rich league’s recently concluded season for the Kings XI Punjab franchise was nothing short of a roller coaster ride. The KL Rahul-led squad made a major turnaround by winning five trotting matches after embarrassing consecutive initial losses. The back-to-back win somehow raised hopes of securing a place in the cash-rich league playoffs while CSK sidelined them in the do-or-die game.

After the humiliating season, the franchise was convinced to do the overhaul on the side. According to reports from various news outlets, KXIP will unveil the new franchise name and logo ahead of the 2021 IPL auction.

Sportskeeda has announced that the franchise will reveal the name on February 17, a day before the 2021 IPL auction.
The franchise has yet to win the IPL title and has reached the final once. Before the auction, KXIP retained 16 players and has a whopping INR 53.2 Crore.

The published list includes Glenn Maxwell, Sheldon Cottrell, K Gowtham, Mujeeb ur Rahman, Jimmy Neesham, Hardus Viljoen and Karun Nair.

To fill the voids created by the release of players, KXIP will chase after players because they have a huge stock market value left. With the new name and the new logo, KXIP will acquire serious talents.
