IPL 2020 Final, MI vs DC Highlights: The Delhi Capitals (DC) put 156/7 in the IPL final against the Mumbai Indians (MI), who revised the target to 5 wickets with 1.2 overshoots to lose.
Choosing to beat first, Delhi suffered a first-rate meltdown as Trent Boult (3/30) and Jayant Yadav (1/25) – chosen from the camp in place of leg spinner Rahul Chahar – dismissed the top three in the top four overs. Shreyas Iyer (65 *) and Rishabh Pant (56) saved Delhi with a partnership of 96. Mumbai picked up the momentum after Pant’s wicket to limit them to 156/7. MI took out all the shots in the chase, and even though Kock’s Quinton (20) fell early, Rohit Sharma (68) continued. Ishan Kishan (33 *) pulled off a few big shots towards the end as Mumbai won the final by 5 wickets with 1.2 overs to lose.
