Vivo IPL 2021: Officials from Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Delhi Capitals (DC) have contacted BCCI and asked for permission to travel to the United Arab Emirates at least a month before the Vivo IPL 2021 starts.
Both CSK and DC are in the top two on the IPL 2021 points table and also want to continue their dominance in Phase 2 by giving their players enough time to get used to the situations and conditions.
It is noted that all flights between India and UAE have been banned until July 30 due to a covid wave in India and no one knows when the ban will be lifted by the UAE government.
