Fans are excited about the return leg of the IPL 2021. Unfortunately, the tournament has been suspended due to the increase in COVID cases. Now, the remaining half of the tournament will take place in the United Arab Emirates. Maybe this will be the last time fans see some of their favorite players.

This is due to the upcoming mega auction in 2022. Teams are only allowed to keep four players. This could result in forceful ax blows for the youngsters. Well that will kick off an exciting phase in their career as well.

If eliminated, these players will most likely play for another franchise. It can change their career because playing in different situations can make them get the most out of it. Just like in the case of Suryakumar Yadav, since returning to the MI team in 2018, he has been phenomenal. Well let us take a look at

10. Manish Pandey

Manish Pandey was one of the members of the National Under-19 team that won the 2008 World Cup. He is an elegant drummer who was part of the Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Currently, he is a middle-class batsman for the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Manish has a plethora of IPL experience. In 151 games, he scored 3461 points. But, the main problem with his stick is his hit rate. In the IPL, he has a mediocre strike rate of 121.78.

With the Sunrisers placed at the bottom of the table, management could be looking for someone else with a higher strike rate. This is because sometimes Manish can get too slow as a result of which other drummers are under tremendous pressure. Most likely, it’s time for Manish to find another franchise.
